The Dutch Tax Authority (Belastingdienst), where required by law.
All third parties we work with are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Order and financial data is retained for 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax law. Other personal data, such as your contact details, is retained for a maximum of 2 years after your last interaction with Caché Studios.
