SHIPPING
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Caché Studios ships throughout Europe via PostNL and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Orders above €100 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. For all other European countries, free shipping applies to orders above €150.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, your location, and external factors such as public holidays or high-demand periods. Caché Studios cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow your shipment.
International Orders
Caché Studios ships to countries throughout Europe. For customers outside the European Union, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Caché Studios does not refund customs duties or international sales taxes.
RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info.cachestudios@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, name, and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive the return address and further instructions within 24 hours.
The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of your notification.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition. This means unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original order confirmation.
Caché Studios reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Caché Studios cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Caché Studios will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sale items, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer, or items returned without original tags or packaging.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at info.cachestudios@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order and within 14 days of receipt. Additional shipping costs may apply for exchanges.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info.cachestudios@gmail.com within 2 months of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the defect. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
